Does Bounce-A-Bout have insurance? Yes Bounce-A-Bout is fully insured with a liability insurance policy. Do you require a deposit? YES we do require a $50.00 deposit and it is refundable as long as there is no damage to the unit or no cancellations within 48 hours. Who sets up the inflatables? We set everything up and take it down although we might ask you for a little bit of help. Safety is our number one concern. Our personel will set everything up using all of the correct equipment. We ask that you not move the unit after we have set it up. We also ask that if you are done with the unit and wish to shut down the blower that you leave the unit plugged in. We must inflate the unit before it is removed so we can inspect and do a preliminary cleaning. How much room do I need? A 20'x20'x18' area is plenty of room for bouncers and up to 16'x46'x18' for sliders. The area should be level, free of rocks and sticks, etc. Can I cancel my rental? Yes, you can cancel your rental. If cancelled 48 hours prior to date of rental, 100% of money will be refunded. If cancelled 24 hours prior to date of rental, 50% of the deposit money will be refunded. If cancelled within 24 hours of rental date, no monies will be refunded. Can an inflatable be setup indoors? Yes, they can be set up inside or outside. You will need to have at least 18 feet of ceiling room to accomodate the unit. Can an inflatable be set up on pavement? Yes, as long as the area is level and free of obstructions. Please let us know ahead of time so we can bring a sand bag anchoring system and tarps. How does the inflatable unit stay inflated? We inflate the units with a fully enclosed blower motor unit that must stay on the entire time the unit is being used. The blower unit must be located within 100 feet of an electrical outlet. Can I set up the unit near my pool? No. The unit must be set up a safe distance away from a pool or water front. We will evaluate the site to make sure it is safe. What is the policy in case of rain or high wind? If the local weather is calling for rain or wind of 25mph or more on your reserved day and both you and Bounce-A-Bout agree before delivery that it may be unsafe we will cancel the rental. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE UNIT IS SETUP. The unit must not be used in winds of 25mph or more. When the units get wet they become very slippery and dangerous, everyone should exit the unit and the blower be shut down. The unit can be dried with towels after a rain. How safe are the units? Our units are very safe. Most of our units have the ramp-step for safe and easy entry and exit. Yes, evening rentals are scheduled. The unit must be picked up no later than 9:00pm or extra fees may apply.
